Advertising Topsites: Member may advertise Topsites using Member's assigned URL (Universal Resource Locator) rather than, or in addition to, placing Topsite's link or banner on Member's site.

Spamming: Sending unsolicited email or posting to off-topic NEWS groups is strictly prohibited, and Member agrees to not reference Topsites in any way, shape, or form in unsolicited email advertisements and/or off-topic NEWS group postings. Member agrees that Topsites will terminate their membership if Member is found in violation of this policy.

Site description: Topsites script is modified to show description of every link. Description is limited on 100 characters, including spaces. With only one or two line of description per listed site, page loads faster. And please, no HTML codes in description.

Cheaters will be removed without explanation. If you are using PopUp or PopUnder windows, enter page must be in full window. Hidden frames, small popups, scripts or similar tools will not boost your position, because visitor must click on link displayed on that page to enter. Visitors can click on link from your site, from your signature in email or newsgroups messages, from web forums, etc (without spamming and off-topic msgs), That is fair and enough to keep your position.

Privacy: Email address used to join Topsites will be your "password" to retrieve lost Topsites code, and it is used to activate your site listing (link is in welcome message). On that email address you will receive only very important messages, topsite code change for example. Your email address will not be used for any other purpose.

How to submit new site

Please, click only once on submit button. In case of bad connection wait a little, or check your e-mail before clicking again. In that case, from mailed numbers (IDs) choose only one.

Do not submit same URL twice or more.

If your link is not listed after submission and activation (first click on link with your code), don't worry. Will be listed after next update (24 - 72 hours) Anyway, you need at least 1 click/day from your site to keep position.

If you have something to ask, it is recommended to check FAQ first. Almost all questions are covered there.

And, only Free Stuff related sites. If your site is not in that category (nothing free for visitors), save your time.

Will not be accepted:

- Sites with url leading to page overloaded with affiliate links and banners only, or redirected to some affiliate program. Famous "freebies" sites are welcome if they are listing "free offers" (no sales offers, or PPC searches masked as "free")
- Sites (pages) with links to other topsites only, or "links farms".

Sites with unacceptable content. If content of your site is not acceptable for your kids or younger sister, please, don't submit.

Purpose of this Topsite is benefit for webmasters of listed sites AND visitors.
